Prop Notes Make-up

Make up will be put on the two actors that are visual on the screen, Percy (Carl) and Annie (Chloe). Percy will have make-up to make him look more grown up, make him look like he has a few wrinkles, to add to the sense that he is a bit vulnerable and is not the type to notice something too wrong about a situation but can spot the obvious. That is what we want for our production. Annie will have make up to make her look very young, a vulnerable school girl who is shy but you can tell from her looks that she has a touching personality. We want her to look like an innocent outcast. Lastly, make up may be put on the actor, out of the picture, who will be the withered hand near the end of the scene of our opening sequence. (Mariam) Will have a touch of white/gray color to make it look old and wrinkled. Nail Polish

Annie (Chloe) will have nail polish on her fingers, this to show that she is young and attracted to things that make her what she is, a young beautiful girl. The withered hand (Mariam) may have some black/gray or a mixture of dark colors of nail polish to make the hand look gothic. That could become one of our themes. Radio

This would be a prop because our Script contains this item for Percy (Carl) as a distraction from being bored of mopping the floor. Mop

This is a prop because Percy (Carl) is mopping the floor, as he is one of the Janitors for the school. Bucket

This will be with the mop as Percy (Carl) will need water and something to clean the water once the floor has been mopped. Jewels

Earring and Necklace will be worn by Annie (Chloe) because she is a school girl who is into her fashion. School Bag

This will be used by Annie (Chloe) because it is afterschool, as she

will have had lessons, she will have had books and a bag to keep them books in. Percys Uniform: Jumpsuit/ Builders Suit

Percy (Carl) as he is a Janitor, they would wear jumpsuits/ builders suits because they need to protect their clothes from dirt. It will be blue and have dirt patched on it to make it look used and old. Shoes

Shoes will be worn by both Annie (Chloe) and Percy (Carl) because they need to protect their feet. Annie (Chloe) will wear black flat shoes and Percy (Carl) will wear either dirty old trainers or builders boots. Annies Uniform: Tie/ Blazer/ Scarf/ Blouse/ Skirt/ Tights
