RECRUITMENT ADVERTISEMENT
Recruitment advertisement is the process from which the company attract best candidate form the prospect of employment. From simple advertisement everybody is not attracted specially a best one, so to mesmerize the best one the advertisement must be charismatic. In newspapers, we read many ads but some of them attract us because of content and way of presentation. Following steps must be taken to make effective recruitment ads: 1. The advertisement must be more about reader then as employer. 2. The information in the ad must be proper means it must contain address, phone number, email id and web site. 3. The information provided in the advertisement must be correct; if it is wrong then it will increase the number of CV in the HR data base but increase the job-offer rejection rate. 4. Do not include lynchpin information which is not wanted by the job seeker like company say too much about the company and its own opinion. 5. Always try to mention the qualification, job responsibilities and remuneration. By this the best candidate will apply soon if the job is according to his expectation. 6. Always try mention in the ad that Is your any known working in the company? From 6th step, if any known of the job seeker is working in the firm then, company will come to know about the job seeker in the sense of job requirement. Also in future, that man will do job under the respect of his known in the company and he will give his best to the company.

In above ad we see that the company have not followed all steps as mentioned above. In this ad, they have not mentioned step 6 and remuneration or the benefits they offer to the job seeker.

In above ad, they have not mentioned the qualification of the principal and also not mentioned the remuneration for all the posts.
