• What made you select the advertisement?


The job description given in the advertisement is fully described and
anyone applying for the role will completely be aware of the role he or
she will be doing. And the very first thing which made us select this job
advertisement is, being a fresher with no work experience this job can
give a good start to a fresher, as the skills required for this job is quiet
basic.
• How complete is the information about tasks, skills requirements,
salary, etc.?
A candidate looking for a good start to career the role of quiet perfect,
the skills required here is very basic like what a fresher is expected to do
it can give a good growth for a future prospect to a fresher.
• Does the advertisement assist the reader in self-selection?
yes assists the reader in self-selection as the details mentioned in the
required candidate profile mentions all the skills a candidate should have
to get selected for this role, if he or she is good in all these required
skills they are perfect for this job.

We choose this ad because this is a very basic ad and it reflects the basic
requirements needed for the job. this is a newspaper ad, and the

The skill of the job is not very hard and also earlier in the above answer
this is a newspaper ad is written simple but they managed to give basic

According to us the company it is yeas and no both because if the reader

confirms with them about the job and just answer the job ad by calling
