Responsibilities

Working with latest technology of bonding and fully bonding

conversant in work study techniques of bonding.

 Preparation of costing Standard Minute Value for garment.

 Calculation of Standard Minute Value For all sewing operation
and helper operation using time studies.
 Preparation of helper requirement for each style.
 Preparation of machine layout.
 Calculation of consumptions ( Thread/Elastic/Tape etc)
 Improving productivity/efficiency by using method study
approaches and Innovative ideas.
 Systematically load (Feed) the line to minimize the
unproductive time.
 Hole the responsibilities of production and work study
functions in production floor.
 Using work study functions in cutting section.
