Ref: Housing Loan A/c. No. :01593031204, S.B A/c. No. : 10615705103.

Sub: Request for clarification and Statements of both the Housing Loan A/c’s. S.B.
A/c’s. from Dt : 24-09-03 up to till date.

1. As my EMI transfer date from Saving Bank to Housing Loan is on first week
of every month, I requested to change the date in the fourth week of every
month.
2. Till now up to date I have paid approximately 31 EMI’s which is amounting
to 31 x 27,340.00 = Rs. 8,47,540.00 but my housing standing is still 29 lakhs
approximately. Please give me the bi-forcation of principal amount and
interest amount paid.
3. I would like to know the present interest rate for housing loan on fixed and
floating interest rate.
4. Presently my housing loan is on floating interest rate, if at all I want change
to fixed interest rate please let me know the consequences.

Please handover the bank statements to my friend Mr. Gupta of the above housing
loan a/c from beginning to till date.

Kindly do me need for that as early as possible.
