Introduction
A portable
Hydroelectric Generator is a small generator that is mobile and can easily be set up, it uses high pressured water flowing from a high head.
Problem Statement
Conventional generator uses fossil fuel and can damage the environment No efficient hydroelectric generators available to consumers today
Advantages
It can be helpful for those people who are living in poverty and are currently being cut-out from the modern world It can be use by charity organization such as (UNICEF) by providing them electricity for their temporary facilities such as their temporary medical tent
Objectives
To design and build the prototype hydroelectric generator light enough so that it is portable. To make the prototype hydroelectric generators current output stable for average consumer appliances.
Scope of Study
This study focuses on the basic principles of conventional hydroelectric generator and basic working principle of alternators
Research Methodology
Designs are done by interviews, studying all writing, journals, reference books, and web pages Using CATIA Software Testing and implementation
Expected Outcome
A portable hydroelectric generator that is movable, able to power most consumer electrical appliances and will stand common environmental influence (durable).
