Building Management System:

Objective: To centralize the monitoring, operation and management of a Building or Buildings. This is done to achieve more efficient Building Operation at reduced labour and energy cost and to provide a safe and comfortable working environment for building occupants.
One primary function of a BMS is to collect, store and process historical data such as energy use and alarm activity. Another function is to generate report as a tool for long-term management and use of facility.

Building Management System:

Functions: Generally BMS contains application software for the following types of functions; System integration System Operation System security System data retrieval Data formatting Data routing Standard reports Custom reports Custom programming Preventive maintenance management

System Level Controller:

System Level Controller are Microprocessor based controller that provide direct digital control of major pieces of mechanical equipment such as AHUs, Chillers, Boilers etc.
