What is a warm up?


Definition: Light exercise before practising sport

Objectives

To avoid injuries To prepare the body To increase heart rate To increase temperature

Smooth Run High Knees

Run lateral crossing your legs Walk on your toes

Run backwards

Run and roll shoulders forwards

Run spinning your waist Touch the floor with two arms and jump

Touch the ground with one and the other hand

Depart at maximum velocity

Methology
1. ALWAYS begin with continuous running for 2 minutes. 2. The exercise that you do always goes from less to more intense. 3. After each four exercises we should have an active pause. 4. Each exercise of general warm up will take approximately 20 seconds. 5. Always finish the warm up with a speed race .
