By Elton Camp I cant believe the things that you say Lack of common sense it does betray Public with your service isnt satisfied To make your image worse youve tried Delivery the next day well see no more And have fewer post offices than before Thousands of jobs you plan to eliminate Effect on the economy all of us will hate Mail processing centers youll shut down More delays as mail travels all around And to continue to get mail on Saturday Will be no more if you can get your way Along with changes that arent very nice You are also intending to go up on price What you propose make no sense to me Even deeper in a hole you will come to be As ever more customers you drive away Will only hasten your ultimate closing day Ben Franklin would turn over in his grave To see his provision in the hands of a knave
