For POLBAN: give polytechnic student instruction, advise, guidance, manual or something like that before start job training, so we know everything we must to do in job training and will be easier for university student to make report during job training. For TELKOM: Keep spirit as usual to reach service target, do an acceleration action to handle omzeting primer or change port and coordinating with central raising tool and devices maintenance, changes miss / damaged tool or block label
