Godrej MHE has a state of the art manufacturing facility at Vikhroli, Mumbai with a capacity to manufacture over 200 forklifts and completely overhaul 12 trucks every month.

Manufacturing activities are carried out in an area of 125000 square feet primarily consisting of Body shop, Axle & Transmission shop, Mast shop, Assembly shop, centralized CNC and Paint shops. Each shop is equipped with a number of conventional machines used to manufacture their respective sub-assemblies. CNC shop comprises Turning centers and Machining centers. Godrej MHE is probably the only material handling equipment manufacturer in the country today to develop new models and attachments to suit the market requirements in an extra-ordinarily short time. An in-house Design & Development Department as well as a Proto Shop facility to test new models equips MHE to respond to Customers requirements effectively.

A fully computerized Design & Development Department with an area over 10000 Sq. feet employs designers & developers with experience over two decades in the industry. Engineering softwares like Autocad & Ideas are used to design and develop products to compress time between concept & delivery. This department has to its credit indigenous development of Automatic Transmissions, Clear View Masts, Electric Forklift
