According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics 1998 through 2004 report, nearly a quarter million veterans both males and females have been held captive in prisons and jails across the United States. The atrocious population is expected to surge as Afghanistan and Iraq soldiers return home. Now that our nation has duly elected a descendent of our slave ancestry to serve as Commander in Chief of our United States Armed Forces will you partnership with OCSVA Rescue and Recovery Mission. Declaration of Independence and Emancipation Proclamation have justified our actions! Respectfully, Stanley G Founder & President
