    Guidelines for Project-Work & Attendance [1] About Project File :
    1. Each Project Group must have a Project File (Like file used for Lab. Experiments). 2. File must have following Documents: (a) Index. (b) Weekly Project Progress Report (Weekly Project Progress Report.pdf). (c) Copy of your Abstract which is Approved by your Guide (Abstract_Format.pdf). (d) Copy of your Undertaking and Approval (Undertaking_Approval_Of_Project.pdf). (e) Further you have to add Handwritten / printouts about your work on weekly basis regularaly in the Project File.

    [2] About Attendance of Project-Work :


    1. As we spent nearely 1/4th time of week on project as well as It have 1/4th credit, its attendance is Mandatory. Attendance will be maintained by project co-ordinator, after taking the sign on weekly progress report in each upcoming week. 2. Those Group who fail to achive The minimum Attendance, might be detained from Exam or they might have to face any other serious action taken by department. 3. Minimum ' 3 ' attendance must have before the Mid-Term Examination.

    [3] Other instructions about Project-II:


    1. At the time of term-End there will be submission of Project File along with Project Report. 2. For any problem regarding to this procedure students can meet project Co-Ordinator. 3. Do check your e-mail Inbox for at least once per week for further Instructions / help.
