In the 21st century, innovation is the magic pixie dust of our age. Innovations in management have given each field an indispensable tool to explore and sustain development, through new and improved products, services, business processes and management style. Through the conference, we are trying to uncover the substantial innovation taking place in the world, and to discuss and learn from the various benchmarking practices which are taking place round the globe. Guidelines for Paper Submission a. The contributors must mention their track (as mentioned above) in the email subject line. b. Only original unpublished work is sought. The manuscript should have been neither published anywhere nor is it at present being considered anywhere for publication. c. An abstract with not more than 500 words be sent by February 29, 2012 and on acceptance of the same, the full length paper of not more than 5000 words may be sent by March 31, 2012 be submitted through e-mail on the following e-mail IDs categorized as follows:

a. Paper be typed in MS Word, Times New Roman font in 12pt. size with 1.5 spacing with a margin of 1 on all sides. Use a single column layout with both left and right margins justified.

b. The title page should contain title of the paper, followed by name(s) of author(s), designation, affiliation, e-mail, phone, fax with STD code and Postal Address. Authors should not write their name and affiliations anywhere else in the paper. c. Tables, graphs, charts etc. must be typed in double space on separate page in numerical order. In the text, the references for table should be mentioned as Table-1 and so on, not as above table. Same should be followed in case of graphs and charts. Each table, graph and chart should have its own heading. d. Intimation of Acceptance of abstracts after review will be sent by March 10, 2012. e. Presentation will be allowed only if the full length paper is received within the deadline as mentioned above. Paper Presentation in Absentia Those who cannot come to Udaipur but wish to present a paper in absentia are encouraged to send in their abstract by February 29, 2012. Papers presented in absentia are eligible for publication in the conference proceedings. Publication of Proceedings A Souvenir will be published comprising all the accepted abstracts received before February 29, 2012. The selected papers will be published thereafter in Pacific Business Review an International Journal (ISSN: 0974-438X) with an honorarium of Rupees 3000 Awards The delegates desirous to participate in the paper competition should send the full length paper by March 31, 2012. The best paper shall be awarded a cash denomination of Rupees 5000/-, nine consolation prizes of Rs. 1000/- each shall also be awarded.

*Early Bird Registrations For Foreign Delegates: along with free registration, Inland Travel Expenses would be reimbursed for AC, Sleeper class Train Fare as per recommended by the Conference Referee. For Indian Delegates: along with free registration, Travel Expenses would be reimbursed for AC, Sleeper class Train Fare as per recommended by the Conference Referee.

Students and Research Scholars

No Registration Charges

The Co-Authors need not pay separate registration fee but have to submit their duly filled registration details with the main author A Demand Draft/ Multicity cheque should be drawn in favor of Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University payable at Udaipur and be sent essentially with filled in registration form as per the last date mentioned. Please find the registration form attached.

Accommodation (No accommodation without prior registration) Complementary accommodation shall be provided on sharing basis in Hotels and Guest Houses. However if luxurious accommodation is required it shall be provided on cost basis, and the same should be mentioned in the registration form. Travel plans with arrival and departure date may please be mailed before March 20, 2012 to the following email id: accommodation@pacific-university.ac.in. A fee of Rupees 1000 shall be charged for each Accompanying person. The fee includes accommodation and food arrangements.
