Game at BC Member B talking about officials at MI. Woody will get info on situation to E & G chair for investigation. Banquet Review: Cameron Dollar & Nalin Sood. Everything is moving forward. Bags or another item will be a reward for going to state.

Handed out financial report. Talking about collecting late fees. We need to have a plan SMU is being audited Hold on Draws Month Come up with a policy for monthly billing Direct Sam to ask John. Can John e-mail invoices?

All the attendance is updated. Are we complying with attendance policy? 50-60 people have not meet attendance policy 7. Secretary- Thornley Shirts and gear can be ordered for a single item at CSE embroidery. We will put a link up on the web. Hall of Fame- Final numbers to be presented at next meeting

President: We need to send thank yous to Dale, Speakers, Matt, committees, BC, Email list to Rod. 9. Motion to approve Feb 5th minutes Woody /Sam Passed with changes Program for state officials meeting: Woody opens. Tim talks Veterans can give advice.
