President Recommends Drew be the new Recreation Chair. Sam is new treasurer Doug is new Evaluations Chair 1. Joint registration. SOWB and PNBOA are already in the WOA system. No changes needed to arbiter. Total of 377 members PNBOA & SOWB. Both will pay $30 for 377 memberships in WOA. At the end of the year each association will be responsible to pay $30 for each official that did not work across the board. 2. Policy approval: Changes were made to section 2.5 Association membership. and 2.41 College Motion to approve Tim / Andy Motion carried 3. Generic Warnings letters On hold due to the resignation of Phil Now we will proceed with on.

4. Assignors: REC Leslie reviewed that we are not doing MLT league. Dan Taylor covers all the rec leagues in Snohomish county. Tim will contact him. Mercer Island has a new league 6th 7th & 8th. Arbiter has a great Turn back tracker. SCHOOL: Lindsey: Mike Lloyd will pick up all the books from the WIAA. Book order is going to be 420. Mr. T will check on the NASO 3 man manual. Last issue is 2007-2009 Observers need to get into arbiter. Jeff Madson is a guru with arbiter. Ok to provide funds to Jeff. 5. Apprentice: Nick Intro Meeting 6:30-9pm at WIAA September 13th 6. E & G- Craig Member A took his apology letter directly to Todd and the PNBOA Dave Manion - A chance to come back. E & G will review. 7. Evaluations: Doug In progress-- Evaluations Manual Need to have a minimum criterion for being an observer. Any observers that we may not ask back. Observer A? Nephew plays for LW and it is the only place he works. Observer B? Observer C? Observer D? Motion: Thornley / Doug That an official only needs to attend a training camp the first time in their PNBOA career when they move from register to varsity. This will be incorporated into the Evaluations manual and become effective in 2011-12 Motion carried 8. Membership- Andy Johnny Dyment- Needs to go to class Steve Swanke- Will not be offered a contract Tom Basquez- Registered Transfer- Judy Roberts Need transfer information Beth Majors- registered Ad Hoc- losing a lot steam after presenting recommendations. Need on court evaluation form completed. Recommend we use arbiter for beta test on peer evaluation and Strip Zone for observers. Tim will contact Game Assign for a bid for evaluations. Tim will have PSA online before the 23rd. Thornley will compile list of members that are interested in the WOA pass that can be used starting with the fall. 9. Treasurer -Doug

Rules- Scott Fetterly & Riaz Camp is going well at BC. New format with 1 varsity on court and 1 observer is working well. Everything is up to date. L & I Audit- Jimmy is working with the L& I officer 10. Vice President- Woody Dealing with coaches was a successful. President- Tim Tim will send Matt a $100 thank you gift card for all his work over the years. PSA online Presidents Committee upheld one point deduction for Member B, Member C, Member D on Co Chairs of the Presidents committee are James Carter & Paul Shoemaker Turcotte Tourneys, Kentwood, Highline, Southsound, Christmas, Comcast Showear and Kent. Tim recommends the PNBOA pay $500. He will present offer to Mr. Turcotte
