The original booker no longer works at the Nile. They want us to change our date. The board agrees to have them honor our contract. If that is not possible, move to Friday March 26th and ask for a 50% discount. Woody will also look into Emerald Downs on the original 27th date. 2. Banquet-Woody Needs the names to order awards from: Iron man- John Fireman- Leslie Rookie- Tim Board member- votes go to Leslie Person of the year- Votes go to Leslie Ambassador- Rodney will handle this. Special Guest will be Cameron Dollar, Steve Johnson & Ed Pepple 3. Meetings will be at Bellevue College next year in the second year of the 3 year rotating schedule. 4. E & G Craig Member A filed a grievance against Board Member A for not getting school pay. Board 1 filed a harassment grievance against Member A. Board 1 withdrawn his grievance. E & G reviewed Member A case and recommend it be dropped as being unfounded. Motion: Woody / Andy Passed with one abstention

There was a grievance file against the Board member 2 by Member B. It is in the hands of E & G for review. Member C- Was a no show. Anymore no shows and no service agreement will be offered to Member C. Member D- inappropriate behavior at Mt. Si E & G recommends Member D membership and game contracts be revoked.
