2012 Spring Fitness Challenge Rules and Directions Directions


1. Your Event Tracking Sheet will be placed in your workout folder prior to the event start on April 2nd. If you do not have a workout chart, your sheet will be placed in the event folder crate alphabetically by last name. 2. Track your workouts. Directions will be on the event information board. 3. Accumulate Fitness Points from April 2nd to May 25th 4. Watch the Leader Board Dan will keep a tally of all participants and calculate all fitness points. All participants will appear on the event leader board located on the strength side next to the information board. Leaderboard will be updated randomly throughout the week. 5. WIN Whichever participant accumulates the most fitness points will six month free of 24/7 Studio Usage. However, every participant will have a successful 8 week jump on his/her 2012 summer fitness goals. Other prizes to be awarded will be announced.

Rules
1. Maximum of 10 (ten) points per day can be earned 2. Points cannot be carried forward to another day or retroactively credited to a missed day. 3. Anyone filmed or caught misrepresenting his/her points will be disqualified and forced to wear a hat and shirt that says cheater on it while in Private Studio. 4. This is intended to be a fun and supportive event geared towards promoting fitness and exercise. Lets keep it that way. 5. Winner(s) will be announced on May 25th via facebook and email.

Point System
The 10 point max per day point system is designed to encourage a full workout while discouraging overtraining and avoiding injury. Participants will log their workout start time and end time and track their time and distance on cardio equipment and total sets when doing strength and total reps when doing abs. The purpose of this point system is to ensure workout intensity and duration are both measured and credited appropriately. Dan will take the information you provide as well as video footage if needed to calculate and award points fairly. Tie break will be decided by Attendance record and overall performance output of participants
