    Programme Arrangements Will arrange the place for the activity, like (health camp, resource person talk etc. ) and also arranging the stage, PA system , Lighting for cultural events etc. Mess Assistance Will assist the cook and take care of all other kitchen work. Time Keeping Will ensure that all activities happen on time as per the schedule, one of the responsibility of this group will be to give wakeup call. House Keeping The group has the responsibility to clean the place of stay and arrange the personal things etc. in an orderly way; arrange for water for bathing, toilets, etc. Serving The group will make the arrangements for dining. They need to clean the place before dining, arrange the food for serving, arrange drinking water, serve the food to the campers and clean the place after the dining is over. Documentation This group will document the days activity. Read out the days report during the evaluation time. Submit the report of the day to the Documentation Committee. This group will also be responsible for reading out the daily news of the day during the Morning Prayer.
