January 26, 2012 Jennifer Thorp e-Mo scon 2605 Bath Avenue Apt. 2F Brooklyn, New York 11214 Dear Jennifer Thorpe-Moscon, I am writing you in response to the correspondence you sent my office regarding your opposition to the proposed changes to Coney Island Boardwalk. Although the Coney Island Boardwalk is not located in my district, many of my constituents frequently use the walkway and I support a boardwalk that maintains its traditional characteristics. I agree with you that there are alternatives to using concrete. I will reach out to the New York City Park's Department and advocate for an alternative to concrete. I want to thank you for your letter and I encourage you to continue to remain active and informed regarding New York State government and the issues which are important to you, your family, and the community as a whole. Very truly yours,

William Colton Member of Assembly, 47 th A.D.
