Upcoming events: MAP Madness Tuesday, February 28th, marked the first of five MAP MADNESS sessions. Nearly 150 students are participating in this test-taking practice program. Each week, after a motivational event in the gym, students rotate through five different activities. Students are encouraged to wear their MAP MADNESS shirts every Tuesday!

McDonalds Night Century would like to thank the Nixa McDonalds for giving back to Century Elementary! This year alone, McDonalds has donated nearly $1500 to Century Elementary. This money is being used for MAP MADNESS, PBIS, and other classroom needs. We appreciate our Century families and community for supporting our school by attending each McDonalds night hosted throughout the year. Happy Happenings First graders have been studying about Presidents Washington & Lincoln this month and they were treated to a special visit from Abe Lincoln in the classroom. He read a book about himself and answered many questions. Mrs. Maloney has Muffins with Maloney each month for all students who were nominated for Character student of the month.
