    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Receives the monthly production plan from marketing dept.

    Responsible to complete the same well within time. Working weekly, monthly schedules based on the material availability. Draw a plan of consumable items and budget for these annually. Responsible for safe operations of the plant and equipment concerned, impart safety training to supervisors and workman. Allocate the shifts when ever necessary to the workman / workmen trainee / operators and staff under his department. Responsible for maintaining GMP & good house keeping. Plan the manpower requirement and requisition for the same well in advance with the approval of his superiors. Co ordinate horizontally with the stores / personnel Dept., / Quality assurance. Quality control ,House keeping and Engineering Concerned to that plant only. Responsible for controlling wastages and improve the yields . Prepare daily / monthly production reports against targets and also yields and wastages for management. Assess the performance of management from time to time. the juniors and appraise
