SYNOPSIS OF MAJOR PROJECT REPORT ON

FLORA AND FAUNA IN ECOTOURISM

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY To understand the concept of ecotourism. To know what actually flora and fauna is. To know the existing flora and fauna in India. To understand the importance of flora and fauna in balancing the environment. To know about the promotional activities carried out to promote ecotourism. To understand the importance of flora and fauna in eco tourism.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Data can be classified under two main categories, depending upon the sources used for the collection purposes, i.e., primary data and secondary data. PRIMARY DATA: It is the data collected by the user. Primary data is a term for data collected on source which has not been subjected to processing or any other manipulation, it is also known as RAW DATA. Primary data is used as secondary data by other person. SECONDARY DATA: Secondary data is data collected by someone other than the user. Common sources of secondary data for social science include censuses, surveys, organizational records and data collected through qualitative methodologies or qualitative research. In this study Secondary data is used.
