Platter Toppings
The toppings tray is made up of our fresh vegetables and built on a 16 round tray. The vegetable amounts are the same as five footlong sandwiches. Make toppings tray as close to pick up/ delivery time as possible.

Beginning clockwise place 7.5 oz of lettuce on approximately one third of the tray. Next, place 30 tomato wheels overlapping into a triangular shape as shown in the picture above. Stack 30 cucumbers in a triangular shape some overlapping may occur. Place 30 green pepper slices next to the cucumbers. Add 2.5 oz of onions next to the green peppers. Place the lid on the tray, affix a completed food safety label to the lid and place in a catering bag and refrigerate until customer pick up or delivery.
