    1. The complainant alleges that on March 1, 2012, a driver brought them an absentee ballot application and ballot while visiting their home. 2. When completing the ballot, the driver (Audrey) did not check the voter registration but filled out the complainant's name. Audrey also did not leave when asked. 3. On March 11, the same driver brought another absentee ballot for the complainant's mother. The complainant asked if they could revoke their ballots but the driver said no and did not seem able to help or know the proper procedures.
