IN THE DESIGN OF U-DRAINS, UPHEAVE MUST BE CONSIDERED. THE WALLS OF U-DRAINS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO WITHSTAND A LIVE LOAD SURCHARGE OF 10 kN/m ON THE BANKS.
