In this regard we humbly submit as under: Minova Minetek has not been informed at all of any recent tests that have been conducted . Furthermore, even if we are to assume for a moment that any recent tests have been conducted , we have not been informed of any adverse outcomes of such tests , which we understand that it should have been communicated to us, if any; We wish to put it on record that Minova Minetek has an extensive and stringent quality control programme which would detect any loss of performance, if at all; In all probability the alleged samples do not belong to Minova Minetek.
