Organisation
Communications function is responsible for both internal and external communication in Pakistan. It also takes care of customer communication, public relations, external web site, media relations, Orbis, internal events, and brand & identity compliance.

Sales Management
Together, we create value for our customers by driving effective commercial processes to increase our competitiveness and support sustainable, profitable growth. Sales target for 2012 is 5.6 Billion packs

Tetra Pak provides processing solutions within five food categories: Dairy, Beverage, Ice Cream, Cheese & Powder and Prepared Food

Processing is divided into 03 sections with the following responsibilities:

OFCE This section is responsible for project implementation and management for Pakistan and Afghanistan in the OFCE category for Filling lines and Processing solutions. System Sales: Responsible for all new processing solution sales to customers in Pakistan and Afghanistan region. Technical Sales & Services: Responsible for providing technical sales and services to customers Pakistan and Afghanistan. This section deals in Spare Parts, Plant Components, Improvement Services and Maintenance Services.

Supply Chain
To contribute to Tetra Paks long term competitiveness by contracting, developing and managing our supplier base in a way that satisfies Tetra Paks business requirements and customer needs.

Opportunity Management & Sales How we systematically convert opportunities to sales.

Sales Forecasting How we forecast sales to enable supply chain improvements.
