About Yoga
Yoga originated in India as one of the six classical schools of
Hindu philosophy. It is one of the greatest gifts of India to the
world. Today yoga has become one of the most popular systems
of health and healing. Yoga has been described as a therapy, an
art, a science, a philosophy, and a discipline.
About Classes
The classes are carefully designed to give maximum benet
within a limited timeframe. The 45 minutes class will have
three key components (1) Micro Yoga to warm up (2) Surya
Namaskar to energize and rejuvenate, and (3) Asana for spe-
cial benets. The Pranayam, special Kriyas and Relaxation will
connect these components. The class can be attended by all,
irrespective of gender and age.
Timing and Venue
There are two programs, (I) weekdays (Mon-Fri, 45min) and
(II) weekends (Sat-Sun, 90min), with two batches for each pro-
gram. Weekdays- Batch-I 6:15-7:00AM, Batch-II 7:15-8:00AM.
Weekends- Batch-I 6:15-7:45AM, Batch-II 8:00-9:30AM. The
venue can not be more closer to you, it is First Floor of House
Number 116, Nakshtra.
Registration and Contribution
The registration can be done with a nominal monthly contribu-
tion of Rs 500 for Weekdays Program and Rs 400 for Weekends
Program. The registration is on rst come rst serve basis.
About Instructor
Initiated to Yoga at the age of 14. Completed one semester
professional course in Yoga and Yogic Kriyas during graduation
at IIT Kanpur. Practiced Yoga with senior instructor Smt S.
Karpagam, M.Sc. (Yoga) during post graduation at IISc Banga-
lore. Recently, certied by premier Yoga Institute in Hyderabad,
Gandhi Gyan Mandir Yoga Kendra as a Yoga Teacher.
