Commenced operations in January 2002. Since then, all of the Deloitte Tax LLP U.S. service lines and regions have developed their affiliations in India. The majority of Tax professionals in India are engaged in the preparation of a variety of tax returns, including federal, state, property taxes and along with numerous specialty activities, such as the design, implementation and administration of employee benefits plans; tax equalization calculation; cost projections for internationally assigned employees; financial analysis, etc. They play a very crucial role in delivering the Deloitte client experience to the clients across the globe. Most of the work undertaken in India requires professionals in India to work directly with the U.S. professionals, thus making them an integral part of the client service delivery team.

Deloitte Support Services India Pvt. Ltd. Core Talent Services


The Core Talent Services is the HR services center for the U.S. organization across all regions. An arm of the Talent group, they undertake the entire spectrum of HR service offerings from sourcing to exit management. Some of those activities are job offer rollout, onboarding newly hired professionals, employee care, database management, year-end compensation activities, and exit management. The Talent Support Center has progressed from providing transactional services to value-added services and they offer end-to-end HR services and solutions.

Talent Technology
The different offerings to stakeholders under Talent Technology are as below: Rapid Development - Primarily building SharePoint applications and sites, Integration with SQL servers, and automation of various processes. Operationally support Talent Technologies - Administration and Training of all Talent Technologies like Taleo (branded RMS), Salesforce, DPME, MCC, Alumnet, StaffTrak etc. Trouble shooting end user issues and providing support, enhancements/new releases, training and documentation. Involvement in Talent Technology Projects - Working closely with ITS and Talent leadership to prioritize the Talent portfolio of technology projects Implement Integration/Data Changes - Developing new integration which includes involvement in the complete system life cycle w/ primary focus on prioritization, requirements gathering, testing/UAT, communications, training and on-going support for additional service packs/phases

Key Skills

Qualifications:

Interacts with the Client on regular basis through face to face interactions / video conferences / teleconferences / mails to understand the client processes and business problems. Suggests practical solutions and partners with the Client to implement the solutions. Manages projects or project modules independently. Performs account coordination with the clients to build / improve relationship, seek feedback to identify areas of improvement. Seeks information / ideas / establishes relationship with Client to assess any future opportunities for additional business. Identifies the best industry practices and implements in the engagements. Define project standards, knowledge of methodologies, and understanding of process improvement initiatives. Interacts with clients functional SMEs.
