Information regarding the main risks present in the company (Art.26 D.LGS.

81/2008)
Distinguished guest, in relation to your visit in our production sites of Roverbella MN (str. Bassa Belvedere 4 and Str. Stata 249 Nord, 4) We inform you about the subsequent risks: 1. Fire risk The main f i re risk is due to the material that is produced by the company, for which reason in ALL the company it is forbidden to smoke or use free f l ame.

2. Risk due to the circulation of industrial trucks The transportation of the materials is carried out by the fork lift trucks and the dimensions of the loads force the workers to circulate almost exclusively in reverse with a consequently poor visibility.

3. Risk of burns Most of the processes that take place in the company are carried out with steam, various machines and plants, for which reason they have high temperatures and they present a risk of burning at accidental contact.

4. Risk of slipping and risk of formation of explosive atmospheres (Raw Materials Warehouse and Expansion Department) We also inform you that in your company it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to take photographs and/or make audio/video recordings.

Appropriate behavior during the visit The visit is allowed only if accompanied by our personnel that will guide you through and will answer to any of your questions. During the visit do not depart from the guide and do not leave the established itinerary. Do not get close to the working machines or to the production activities. For any emergency please contact exclusively your own guide.

Instructions to follow in case of serious and immediate danger: In case of alarm for serious and immediate danger (f i re, earthquake, accident or other), the behavior you should have depends on the different degrees of functioning of the different tasks and of the working areas of the personnel. In particular, maintaining a calm attitude, the guests will have to

1. Follow the instructions given by their guide. 2. Get out of the plant using the closest emergency exit and go to the meeting point (located next to the gate of the company). The paths to follow should be those opposed to the point where there was the fire or any other emergency and preferably remaining outside the building. 3. Gather to the meeting point, close to the gate, without obstructing the access and collaborating with the personnel in order to optimize the rescue operation. The staff will not be able to move away from the plant if not previously authorized by their own leader, as long as they correctly followed the guidance. If anyone is absent during the control, the rescuers might consider it presumably still inside the plant and may re-enter the building to look for him thus exposing themselves to serious risks.

See you tomorrow!
