Shocking New US Law Makes All

Babies Property Of Government

A report circulating in the Kremlin today is reporting on a shocking new law that has been passed by
the US House of Representatives that Russian legal experts say lays the foundation for all babies born
in the United States to become the ‘legal property’ of the government, not the mothers who gave them
birth, that requires all pregnant women to undergo mandatory mental health testing and requires all
American mothers who have given birth to take a test determining their mental fitness before being
allowed to have custody of their newborns.

According to the GovTrack.US website that tracks all new laws being implemented in the United
States, The US House of Representatives approved the law named ‘Melanie Blocker Stokes Mom’s
Opportunity to Access Health, Education, Research, and Support for Postpartum Depression Act’
with little notice, and as we can read:
“This bill passed in the House of Representatives by roll call vote. The vote was held under a
suspension of the rules to cut debate short and pass the bill, needing a two-thirds majority. The totals
were 391 Ayes, 8 Nays, 32 Present/Not Voting.”
Even more insidious about this new law, these reports continue, is that all pregnant women, and
mothers just having given birth, in the US will be ordered to take powerful antidepressant or
antipsychotic drugs should their views towards raising and caring for their children conflict with those
of the American government, to include: Religious views that conflict with those that the American
government considers ‘safe’; Views on gun ownership that conflict with the American governments
intention to disarm their citizens; Views on genetically modified foods and fluoridated water that run
contrary to the US governments supporting of these poisons; Views on vaccinations running contrary to
the US governments mandatory laws to have all babies and children vaccinated.
What makes this law even more chilling is the effects it will have on Americans governed by an elite
class who care not for the people they say they serve, and was evidenced this past week when Senior
White House adviser David Axelrod suggested that the “Tea Party” movement was an “unhealthy”
reaction to the tough economic climate facing his country. Which raises the question, if the peaceful
assembly of American citizens against their government is “unhealthy” does this then mean these
citizens are mentally ill and need to be medicated?
Not surprising, however, about this new law is that it shows, once again, how completely controlled the
United States government is by the corporations who have paid for it, and not the American people who
it is supposed to serve.
Yet another example of this was revealed this past week when the former head of the US Food and
Drug Administration, Dr. David Kessler, issued a warning to Americans on what has been causing their
obesity epidemic by stating that “The food industry has figured out what works. They know what drives
people to keep on eating.”
Not just to destroying the health of Americans through the deliberate manipulation of food on the
molecular level to keep them eating are these corporations doing either, as we have previously reported
the extraordinary fact being kept from the American people that children who are not vaccinated do not
get autism, and as evidenced by the UPI News Service in their US blacklisted report that states:
“It's a far piece from the horse-and-buggies of Lancaster County, Pa., to the cars and freeways of Cook
County, Ill. But thousands of children cared for by Homefirst Health Services in metropolitan Chicago
have at least two things in common with thousands of Amish children in rural Lancaster: They have
never been vaccinated. And they don't have autism.”
But, to the worst destroyer of Americans are their drug companies who these reports state was one of
the ‘major drivers’ in pushing this new law, and which the AFL-CIO union organization warns about:
“In the past two years, the U.S. economy struggled under a recession, with unemployment rising to its
highest level since 1995. Record-setting stock plummets burst Wall Street’s bubble. Working families
are seeing their health benefits and retirement savings wither.
But one U.S. sector continues to thrive: the massive pharmaceutical industry.
Documenting the sometimes obscure routes taken by the drug industry in its quest for ever-greater
profits, The Big Fix: How the Pharmaceutical Industry Rips Off American Consumers, a new book by
Katharine Greider, published by Public Affairs, reveals how big pharma maintains a stranglehold on
the health and pocketbooks of working families. Greider’s meticulous research explores the industry’s
profit-over-research priorities, its complex and unregulated pricing practices, pervasive advertising
and marketing strategies, excessive influence on the doctors who write prescriptions and cozy
relationships with the nation’s lawmakers.”
To the dangers facing US mothers soon to be forced by their government to take powerful drugs or lose
their babies, the World Net Daily News Service reported on the horrific effects being reported,
including:
2005: A 30-year-old Indiana mother taking anti-depressants ends up facing charges she murdered her
two sons, ages 2 and 9.
2001: Andrea Yates is accused of drowning five children, ages 6 months to 7 years in the family
bathtub. She had been taking anti-depressants Effexor and Remeron.
2004: Emiri Padron stabbed herself in the chest after smothering her baby daughter. Zoloft was found
in her apartment.
More than anything else though, this new law shows us all, yet again, how far these American people
have fallen from the great Nation they once were by forgetting, and neglecting, the wise advice of their
Founding Fathers, such as Thomas Jefferson, who when asked by his friend Peter Carr about the best
exercise an American citizen should partake in was told by Jefferson:
“A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives
moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games
played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on
the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks.”

Un reporte que está circulando el día de hoy en el Kremlin está informando sobre una impactante y nueva ley
que ha sido aprobada por la Cámara de Diputados Estadounidense que los expertos jurídicos Rusos dicen sienta
las bases para que todos los niños nacidos en los Estados Unidos se conviertan en ‘propiedad legal’ del gobierno,
no de las madres que les dieron la vida, que requiere que todas las mujeres encinta se practiquen pruebas
obligatorias de salud mental y requiere que todas las madres Estadounidenses que hayan dado a luz se hagan una
prueba que determine su capacidad mental antes de permitírseles tener la custodia de sus recién nacidos.

Según el sitio web Estadounidense, GovTrack, que rastrea todas las nuevas leyes que están siendo
implementadas en los Estados Unidos, la Cámara de Representantes de ese país, aprobó la ley llamada “Ley

cabo bajo una suspensión de las reglas para recortar el debate y aprobar la ley, necesitando una mayoría de dos
tercios. Los totales fueron de a 391 Sí, 8 No, 32 Presente/Abstención”.

Todavía más insidioso sobre esta nueva ley, continúan indicando estos reportes, es que se les ordenará a todas las
mujeres embarazadas y madres que acaben de dar a luz en los Estados Unidos, tomar poderosos fármacos anti-
depresivos o anti-sicóticos si es que sus puntos de vista hacia la educación y cuidado de sus hijos hace conflicto
con las del gobierno Estadounidense que incluirán: Visión religiosa que haga conflicto con las que el gobierno
considere “seguras”, Visiones sobre la posesión de armas que hagan conflicto con la intención del gobierno de
desarmar a sus ciudadanos; visión sobre los alimentos genéticamente modificados y agua tratada con flúor que
vayan en contra del respaldo que el gobierno les da a estos venenos; visiones sobre la vacunación que vaya en
contra de las leyes obligatorias para que todos los bebés y niños sean vacunados.
Lo que hace a esta ley más escalofriante son los efectos que tendrá sobre los Estadounidenses gobernados por
una clase élite a la que no le importa el pueblo al que dicen servir, y lo que se comprobó la semana que acaba de
pasar cuando el alto asesor de la Casa Blanca, David Axelrod sugirió que el movimiento “Fiesta de Té” (Tea
Party) era una reacción “malsana” al difícil clima económica que está enfrentando su país. Lo que hace surgir la
pregunta, si la asamblea pacífica de los ciudadanos contra su gobierno es “malsana”, ¿Significa esto que estos
ciudadanos están mentalmente enfermos y necesitan ser medicados?

No es de sorprender, no obstante, sobre esta nueva ley lo que ésta demuestra, una vez más, cuan completamente
controlado está el gobierno Estadounidense por las corporaciones que le han pagado y no por el pueblo
Estadounidense al que se supone deben servir.

Otro ejemplo de esto se reveló esta semana que acaba de pasar cuando el ex jefe de la Administración de
Alimentos y Drogas de Estados Unidos, el Dr. David Kessler, emitió una alerta a los Estadounidenses sobre lo
que ha estado causando su epidemia de obesidad al señalar que “La industria alimentaria ha encontrado que es lo
que funciona. Saben que hacen que la gente se la pase comiendo”.

No es sólo sobre la destrucción de la salud de los Estadounidenses por medio de la manipulación deliberada de
alimentos a nivel molecular para mantenerlos comiendo es que estas corporaciones no hacen nada tampoco,
como hemos reportado previamente el extraordinario hecho que se ha mantenido oculto al pueblo
Estadounidense que a los niños que no son vacunados no les da autismo, y como lo demostró el servicio
noticioso de la UPI en su reporte de la Lista Negra que señala:

“Es una pieza alejada de los caballos y cochecitos de Lancaster County, estado de Pennsylvania, hasta los
automóviles y autopistas de Cook Country, estado de Illinois. Pero miles de niños que están al cuidado de
Homefirst Health Services (servicios de salud) en el área metropolitana de Chicago tienen, por lo menos, dos
cosas en común con los miles de niños de la religión Amish, en el área rural de Lancaster. Nunca han sido
vacunados. Y no tienen autismo”.

Pero, el peor destructor de los Estadounidenses son las compañías de fármacos que, según señalan estos
informes, fueron uno de los ‘más fuertes impulsores’ para pujar por esta nueva ley y que la organización de
sindicatos AFL-CIO advierte que:

“En los dos años pasados, la economía Estadounidense batalló bajo una recesión, con el desempleo elevándose a
su más alto nivel desde 1995. Las caídas de valores que está estableciendo récords hicieron estallar la burbuja
de Wall Street Las familias trabajadoras están viendo debilitarse sus beneficios de salud y retiro.

Pero un sector Estadounidense continúa prosperando: la extensa industria farmacéutica.

Al documentar las en ocasiones oscuras rutas tomadas por la industria de fármacos en su búsqueda de ganancias
cada vez mayores, el nuevo libro de Katharine Greider, “El Gran Cohecho: Como Despluma la Industria
Farmacéutica a los Consumidores Estadounidenses” publicado por Public Affairs, revela como una farmacéutica
grande mantiene un dominio total sobre la salud y los bolsillos de las familias trabajadoras. La meticulosa

2005: Una madre de 30 años del estado de Indiana que tomaba anti-depresivos termina enfrentando cargos por
haber asesinados a sus dos hijos varones, de 2 y 9 años de edad.

2001: Andrea Yates es acusada de ahogar a sus cinco hijos, de edades de los seis meses hasta los 7 años en la
