Say. The story is based around the memories of an old man who used Monday, Nov. 11: PTA Meeting to work as a kamishibai storyteller. We will be practicing going through each stage of the writing on Friday. process. Our writing prompt this week is, What animal is most like you and why? We will also practice editing paragraphs throughout the week.
Math: Money
We have been practicing counting money amounts and making money amounts with the fewest number of bills and coins. This week we will learn strategies for making change. There is a money quiz on Friday.
Science:
Our study of animals continues this week. We will be looking at the physical and behavioral adaptations of animals such as turtles and giraffes. There will be minor assessments taken throughout the week.
