DATE: January 22, 2014 SIGNIFICANT CALLS FOR SERVICE/INCIDENTS: 140122-1818-04 Child Abuse Kerns Rd The complainant called regarding her childs friend who had been hit on the head by his mother with an object which left large bumps and bruising. The teenager was checked out at CMC and DSS was contacted and responded. The child was released to the complainant by DSS. The officer will attempt to get a warrant for the mother. 140122-1847-01 Meet Complainant 12203 Wickson Crt (Plum Creek) The complainant called to report that her teenage daughter had been kidnapped by an Aunt and taken to her fathers house in NY. The father had contacted HPD on Monday regarding this child and told officers that her mother was in agreement to the teenager going to his residence to live. When confronted with this, the mother admitted it, but was upset because the daughter would not answer the phone for her when she called. 140123-0241-00 Disturbance Strathburn Court The complainant called alleging that her boyfriend had assaulted her and she had locked herself in the bathroom. While officers were on scene neither party was able to provide the same stories to them neither could their friends who were supposed to have witnessed everything. Both parties decided that they did not want any police involvement and the complainant left the residence. Officers were unable to determine if any crime took place based on the stories of the four subjects that were present.
