Going to Chinese market ! ! after they pick up chef. We need to borrow rice cookers from ! ! people. 25 cups of rice for 100 people worth of sushi. We just need ! ! kitchen workers to help. Buy 50 more nagi things. Go on thursday ! ! with Kevin to buy a lot of things to save time. Have people sit at ! ! tables and then call them up one by one, rather then having a line. ! ! Spotlight during worship about chef/donations ! Maddy: Ben can play guitar, Kevin can too. Pick chef up at 1ish, get to ! ! market at 2:30, about 45 min shopping, get here around 5. Need ! ! to have room/tables all set up before he gets there. Use ! ! decorations that will last more then just one event, like ags. ! ! Could have an ex-SMs at a table to talk about experience. ! Kevin: will talk to Big D. Doors open at 6:30. Will buy the rice on his own ! ! and get it started before the chef arrives. Need to start setting up ! ! room at 4. Use the projector to show slideshow of SMs. Start ! ! cleaning up around 7:30. Worship will be about 25 min, then the ! ! rest of the time for sushi. Poster with sushi and their components ! Ev: could we get food before, in order to save time on Friday. Have ! cultural music in the background during. In charge of decorations. ! Individual mentoring with ex-SMs or other mentors to help with ! one-on-one questions. Have all the SM applications there for people ! who are interested. Each table could be a country. ! Ben: go through the closet to look for possible decorations

Moi: the churches around us, some of them are interested in us doing a whole service, but others like Grand Hayward church can give us like 10 minutes Kevin: would like to start this next quarter, any sabbath in April and May Maddy: April 26 is Alumni weekend, so dont do that one
