Evelyn: some alumni might give donations for Jeff and some of them are ! ! directly involved with Pohnpei. fundraiser at The Habit that could be ! ! coordinated with Ivans Friday Target runs, we have to use the ! ! yers to get fundraiser money ! Kevin(Marian): letter from PUC accounting, club has over $3,000 5:19 a) Pre-Vespers Event: February 28th ! Tevita: We got the chef for sure, the Nori seaweed is pricey but can get it ! ! cheaper on Amazon, the soup is cheap, Complete Estimate around ! ! $200-300 ! Maddy: Whatever is simple/cheap would be best, dont put out the posters ! ! until after next vespers, nd out when exactly he can come ! Kevin: Have chef arrive at 5, everyone else around 4 to set up room ! Tevita: also having mock crab would increase the price a bit, having 5 ! ! different sushi rolls ! Maddi: will be on eld trip until hopefully 6 ! Kevin: we will nail down the logistics next meeting 5:36 b) Missions Emphasis Week/WM Booth/Jeff Georges Fundraiser !
