MALARIA ETC.ETC. I inform you a place where
many flats and private houses are located, where a
person constructing a house digging a small* pond
like pit hole and allowing rain water households
drain, including bathroom water and lavatory
waters to store in that open pithole, resulting
continuous flow of mosquito’s…. there generation
family planning,growth… flown from there with
prudent smell in Summer than winter going on
since an year or more… . Public of that place
complains to the Councilor of that area but nothing
has been resulted. Then why we / you are spending
money alerting the voters from these types of
nuisance- as the sum spends or misuses are from
the tax the citizens give to the Govt. The house
 owner also did not care of that nuisance. I enclose
the petition addressed to the councilor and the
photographed of the place for information for your
needful.
