In addition to your existing module, you would also get opportunity to get trained

We pay Salary as per our negotiations
Two Months Leave Pay @ Basic Salary payable at the end of two years of
service (after 24 working months).
One Month Gratuity Pay @ 50% of BASIC Salary- eligible at the end of two
years of service (after 24 working months). Payable after termination of
services with the company.
Two Way Air passage for Self at the end of two years of service (after 24
working months)
Shared Bachelor Accommodation that includes Bed, Table with Chair,
Cupboard, Fan, AC, Curtain, Bed sheets, Pillows, Pullover, etc. Maintenance
is taken care by company including cleaning.
(It does not include TV, Music System, Laptop, Washing Machine,
Microwave, etc.)
No Electricity, Water charges. It is borne by the Company.
Free Transportation to Office and to the malls on weekends.
Mess Facility (Chargeable max 25 RO per month) includes Breakfast, Lunch
& Dinner except Friday evening.
Medical Facility that includes Clinic and Medicines
Visa Charges would be borne by Company. However, medical charges /
document legalization charges to be borne by the individual.
2. Employment and Payroll Company
We have multiple group companies. Though the Job Description says that the
requirement is for Al Turki Group of Companies, ultimately, because of the law of the
land, Offer Letter/ Visa / Payroll can be provided by any of our sister concerns (as
mentioned on page 1) depending on the availability of the quota for the work visas.
3. Validity of Work Permit
It is a permanent position.

However, as per Oman Employment Law, any Employment Contract in Oman (and
hence work permit) is valid for two years only. It gets renewed every two years.
4. Work Locations
Your base location is Muscat only. You might require going to our various sites across
Oman to perform the duties based on the work.
5. Medical Process, Legalization Process and related Expenses
Once selected, the Medical charges and legalization charges would be borne by the
Employee.
You would need to do Medical Test at the approved GAMCA center close to your city.
You would need to submit the original education & other documents to our HR
department for the processing of legalization of documents. This would be returned
to you after the process is complete.
As per international rule, the Original Certificates are only to be legalized and not the
photocopies. The agencies which help in legalization would take care of this even if
the certificates are laminated.
6. Notice Period
As per our organization policy, Notice Period is of 6 months. However, on case to
case basis, decisions can be taken by the Department Head and Management to
relieve the person early.
7. Submission of Passports
As per Oman Law, companies are allowed to keep the passport of Employees and
their family in the custody of the company. In our group, passports of all the
employees till the Top Management level are with the company and it is given to the
employee whenever required.
8. Emergency / Plan Leave during the Contract Period
The work permit (Employment Visa) is valid for two years and it is a multiple entry
visa. In case of emergency / planned leave, you would be able to travel to India till
your work permit is valid. However, the cost needs to be borne by the Employee.
