Bye Laws:
To Promote and cultivate among the members of the society and Subscription
members, interest in sports and indoor games with particular emphasis on chess

To conduct chess classes for age group of 5 years to 17 years

To be specialized in beginners and intermediate level
To promote chess to girls in our community
To train not just chess playing skills, but also inculcate leadership qualities,
good citizenship, sportsmanship, mentorship skills, team collaboration,
etc.
To encourage and motivate children to develop exceptional skills in chess,
calculating abilities, decision making, competitive spirit and intuition.
To develop competitive abilities among the members by encouraging them
to take part in open tournaments in district, State and National levels
To conduct chess tournaments in our club, State Level, District Level and
Rating Chess Tournaments
To conduct regular chess classes, training and guidance to members
To educate our members in chess related activities with the help of
Computer, Internet, software etc.
To educate our parents about the chess, organize tournaments for them.
To educate our parents to serve in our club and Chennai District chess
tournaments and other tournament activities, train and equip them for a
managerial role in Chennai District.
To train coaches/parents as arbiters
To give free chess classes to students who belong to backward community
To hire and employ coaches, instructors, clerks, accountants and others
and to pay them salaries, wages or such other remunerations or
honorarium as may be necessary
To guide and promote coaches and academies to higher level, once they
crossed certain threshold.
To do and cause to be done such lawful things as or in accord with the
spirit and principles of the object of the society or which are conducive to
the attainment and pursuit of the aims and objectives of the Society
Aim: Spread Chess; Especially to Girl children
Educate parents about the game and
To teach kids values and good deeds
serve for poor children
create passion about the game, and motivate them to perform well in their
studies
train parents and coaches to take part in district tournament work
bring No. 1 Character
