cause this problem.There are many causes we summarize into:
1) There is no rule that controls smoking in public place
2) Smoker always they do not respect nonsmoker even they know what result from what they do.
3) They ignore the responsibility from the people around them. Some of them they know the
result if they smoke in public place.
So in conclusion if we must to be get law that control this problem it will continue until we get a
law that control this matter
Cause 2 uncontrolled electricity
One of the major problems confronting Somalia and militating against her
development is the electricity supply problem. It is a major factor for the
dwindling of the nations economy. Many small scale businesses which are
the agent of economic growth have wounded up due to epileptic power
supply. Many manufacturing companies have closed down and moved to
other countries. Where the public electricity supply is constant and more
stable.
CAUSES Of uncontrolled electricity
The identified causes of power failure are itemized as follows:
(1) Problem of insufficient power generation in the face of Abundance energy
resources
(2) Non-expansion of the transmission and sub transmission lines.
(3) Faulty and unconventional distribution network
(4) Uncontrolled consumption.

where they can be seen by pedestrians and motorists. Traders settle in streets spontaneously without any
official allocation.A few traders consult the owners of neighboring yard, others negotiate with
acquaintances, others, are allocated spaces by the Local Authorities, while some share with friends and
colleagues.
