The Coordination of Portuguese Programs in California
(CEP.CA), a pedagogical and technical support structure
sponsored by the Portuguese Government, enters into an
Educational Agreement with the Luso-American
Education Foundation (LAEF) to promote and advance the
Portuguese language and its cultural heritage statewide.
