HAT:
Knitting tension: 11 sts x 15 rows on needles size 8mm in stocking sts = 10 x 10 cm.
Rib: *K2, P2*, repeat from *-*.
Earflap: Cast on 4-4-5 sts on needle size 8mm with rose. Knit 1 row from the wrong side, continue in stocking sts with 1
edge st in garter st each side. At the same time inc 1 st each side from the right side by making a yo within the edge st. On
next row purl the yo into back of st to avoid creating a hole. Inc on every other row a total of 4 times = 12-12-13 sts.
Continue in stocking sts and 1 edge st in garter sts each side until earflap measures 6-7-8 cm. Put the piece aside and knit
another earflap.
Hat: Put one earflap on needle size 8mm. Cast on 8-10-11 new sts (= back) and put the other earflap on needle = 32-3437 sts. Knit next row as follows: knit 1 st, 10-10-11 sts in stocking sts, 10-12-13 sts in reverse stocking sts, 10-10-11 sts
in stocking sts and knit 1 st. Continue in stocking sts and 1 edge st each side in garter sts. At the same time inc each side
as described for earflap: 1 st 2 times = 36-38-41 sts. On next row cast on 12-14-15 new sts between earflaps at the front
= 48-52-56 sts. Measure piece from here from now on! Continue round on double pointed needles size 8mm as follows: On
the first round purl the 12-14-15 new sts mid front (the other sts in stocking sts) and continue in stocking sts over all sts.
When piece measures 3-3.5-4 cm knit 5-5-6 rounds in Rib and finish the piece in stocking sts. When piece measures 10-1214 cm, dec 5-5-6 sts evenly on round on every other round a total of 4 times and then 5-6-6 sts evenly on every round a
total of 4 times = 8 sts left. Cut the thread, pull it through remaining sts and sew. The hat measures approx 17-19-21 cm
from mid front to the top.
Sew diagonal sts at bottom edge with plum each st should cover approx 2 cm in the length and 4 cm in the height.
Pleat: Cut 12 threads in plum measuring 80 cm each. Fold them double, pull the loop through cast on row on one earflap
and pull the ends through loop. Separate the threads into 3 sections and pleat loosely. Tie a knot at the end the pleat
measures approx 20 cm. Repeat for other earflap.

SCARF:
Knitting tension: 16 sts x 13 rows on needles size 10mm in Rib = 10 x 10 cm.
Rib: *K4, P4*, repeat from *-*.
Cast on 22-26-30 sts on needle size 10mm with rose. Knit Rib with 1 edge st each side in garter sts. Knit 6 stripes
measuring 20-24-28 cm each in the following colour order: rose, plum, beige, rose, plum, beige. Cast off loosely in Rib. The
scarf measures approx 120-144-168 cm.

GLOVES:
Knitting tension: 23 sts x 32 rounds on needles size 3mm in stocking sts = 10 x 10 cm.
Rib: *K1, P1*, repeat from *-*.
Pattern: See diagram M.1. The diagram shows the pattern from the right side.
Cast on 48-54-60 sts on double pointed needles size 2.5mm with Karisma and knit 4 cm Rib. Change to double pointed
needles size 3mm and knit 1 round in stocking sts, dec 8 sts evenly on round = 40-46-52 sts. Knit next round as follows: 34-6 sts in stocking sts, M.1 (=16 sts), 3-4-6 sts in stocking sts (= 22-24-28 sts = upper hand), 1 st in stocking st for thumb
(insert a marking thread in this st), 17-21-23 sts in stocking sts (= 18-22-24 sts = palm of hand). Measure glove from here
from now on! When piece measures 1-1.5-2 cm cm increase 1 st on each side of the thumb st on every other round a total
of 5-6-7 times = 50-58-66 sts knit increased sts in stocking sts. After the last increase, put the 11-13-15 thumb sts on
thread. On next round, cast on 1 new st over these = 40-46-52 sts. Continue until piece measures 7-9-10 cm. Put the 2224-28 sts for upper hand on thread = thread 1, and the 18-22-24 sts for palm of hand on another thread = thread 2. Now
knit the fingers on double pointed needles size 2.5mm.
Little finger: Take 4-5-6 sts from thread 1, and 3-4-5 sts from thread 2, and cast on 3 new sts towards ring finger) = 1012-14 sts. Knit stocking sts until finger measures 3-4-5 cm, on next round knit all sts tog 2 and 2 and pull thread through
remaining sts.
Ring finger: Take 5-5-7 sts from thread 1, and 3-4-5 sts from thread 2, and cast on 2 new sts towards middle finger and 2
sts towards little finger = 13-14-17 sts. Knit stocking sts until finger measures 5-6-7 cm, on next round knit all sts tog 2

and 2 and pull thread through remaining sts.

Middle finger: Take 6-6-7 sts from thread 1, and 5-6-6 sts from thread 2, and cast on 2 new sts towards index finger and 2
sts towards ring finger = 15-16-17 sts. Knit until finger measures 6-7-8 cm, on next round knit all sts tog 2 and 2 and pull
thread through remaining sts.
Index finger: Take 7-8-8 sts from thread 1, and 6-7-7 sts from thread 2, and cast on 2 new sts towards middle finger = 1517-17 sts. Knit until finger measures 4.5-5.5-6.5 cm, on next round knit all sts tog 2 and 2 and pull thread through
remaining sts.
Thumb: Put the 11-13-15 thumb sts back on needle and cast on 3 new sts behind these = 14-16-18 sts. Knit 3.5-4.5-5.5
cm stocking sts, knit all sts tog 2 and 2 and cast off as on the other fingers.
