August 1st, 2015 Registration begins at 7:15 a.m. Opening Ceremony 7:45 a.m.
Players MUST register before their first game.
Entry Fee: $100 (each team is guaranteed 3 games trophies awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places)
Deadline for team registration is Friday July 24th, 2015. First come first served 100 Team cut
off
LATE ENTRY $150 : ACCEPTED NO LATER THAN JULY 29TH (no T-shirt guarantee)
For game times, only the CAPTAIN will be called on or before July 31st. Please check in with
your captain for your first game time.
Brackets will be dependent upon the number of teams entered. Teams will be assigned to a
bracket according to the oldest player on their roster.
Substitutions are not guaranteed acceptance. Substitutions are not guaranteed bracket changes.
Girls and Boys 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U, 20 +
3 point contest - held at noon: check in at registration for 3 point court designation
All games will be played at SVCC. Every effort will be made to play the games. In the event of
inclement weather, we reserve the right to shorten the tournament, cancel the tournament, or
change the format. NO RAIN DATE NO REFUND.
Sauk Valley Community College, Matt Madness administrators and volunteers are not responsible
for any accident or injury to any player or spectator, or damage or theft of any personal
property.
Sportsmanship and appropriate behavior will be expected at all times by all volunteers/staff,
contestants/players. There will be ZERO TOLERANCE on fighting. NO REFUNDS IF YOU
ARE REMOVED DUE TO PHYSICAL ALTERCATIONS. Be respectful of all staff. They are
VOLUNTEERS and are donating their time.
