Only MBBS students allowed (Look for individual game
rules for more info)
Veterinary, Siddha, Yoga and GDC are allowed to
participate, but as separate teams.
Participants must submit their Original College ID card
and 2 passport size photos.
Your ID cards will be returned only if STANLEA'23
DELEGATE PASSES are returned.
No player will be allowed to participate without
registration.
Participants are asked to show the STANLEA'23
DELEGATE PASS to the respective event organizers before
the event.
All teams must report to the venue 30mins prior to the
scheduled time. Any delay beyond the reporting time the
team will be disqualified.
A team may be denied participation or disqualified in any
case of misbehaviour.

Any damage to the college property will be dealt severely.
Smoking, Consumption of alcohol or narcotics in the
college premises is strictly prohibited.Violation of this will
lead to disqualification of the respective teams.
Decisions of the referee & the organising committee will
be final.
Registration fees are non refundable.
The organizing team shall not be responsible for any
problems arising due to miscommunication because of the
interference by any person other than the captain of the
team.
Any change in venue or timings or format of the game
incase of unforeseen circumstances will be notified to the
captain of the team in advance.
More than one match can be scheduled for a team on a
particular day, can be changed at any time.
It is the duty of the participant, if participating in multiple
events to inform the event organisers in advance to avoid
any clash of fixtures.

Fixtures can be changed at any time and the decisions will
be conveyed to the respective teams as soon as possible.
Accomodation and Transportation info will be announced
later(Follow our Website and Instagram page for updates).
Organizing committee's decision will be final regarding the
fixtures. No further arguments will be encouraged.
Teams who have paid the registration fees have to carry
proof of transaction (soft/hard copy).

Format – League followed by knockout.

Maximum number of teams per college - 1

Maximum number of players – 18

Each quarter is for 10 minutes separated by a 2 minute break.

5 minutes for half time.

Each win will be granted 2 points and 1 point to each team

for draw.

If equal number of points in the league, then the priority

order is goal difference > goals scored > goals received > head

to head > penalty stroke.

Draw in knockouts will lead to penalty stroke

Matches shall be played according to latest FIH rules.

It is the duty of the participants to bring their own sticks, shin

pad, goalkeeper kit and other necessary equipments.

ENTRY FEE : TOTAL 3600/-

Format : Based on number of entries .

No. of players : 5(4+1 goalie) +3 substitutes.

Maximum number of teams allowed per college= 2

The match consists of 2 halves of each 10 minutes

Hit or reverse hit or Scoop or Tap are not allowed.

If a foul is committed inside the D line, then there will

be a penalty corner – 2 rushes.

Ball has to travel at least 3 yards before entering the D

line if ball started from 25 line or inside the 25 line.

Intentional foul inside D line stopping an obvious goal

is awarded with penalty stroke

If any foul is being taken ,opponent must stay atleast

3 yards from the player.

Unequipped -Singlets, bodysuits and lifting straps are
not allowed
Belt, wrist band, knee band and chalks are allowed to
use.
All lifts should be commenced and finished following
refree's command. Lifts that are not following referee's
command ,irrespective of form and load, will be
disqualified.
Each lifter is allowed three attempts on each lift( Squat,
bench press and deadlift ). The lifter’s best valid attempt
on each lift counts toward his competition total and
ranked accordingly.
Each lifts will be validated by the refree
If two or more lifters achieve the same total, the lighter
lifter ranks above the heavier lifter.
Time for warmup will be provided before commencing of
each lift.
Weight category may or may not be there(will be
decided based on registration).Minimum weight is 60kg
No age category
