Open to all medical & BDS colleges.
Only current MBBS /BDS students allowed (1st
yr to CRRI).
Every participant must have a permission letter
signed by Vice principal of the respective
colleges.
Registrations is compulsory, without which
participation isn't allowed.
College ID card is must.
Teams who have paid the registration fees have
to carry proof of transaction.
Fixtures/schedules will be informed a day in
advance.
All teams must report to the venue 30 mins
prior to the scheduled time.In case of delay,
walkover will be given.
Registration fee is non refundable.
It is the duty of the participant,if participating in
multiple events to inform the Event organisers
in advance to avoid any clash of fixtures.
Accomodation is available.
More than one match can be scheduled for a
team on a particular day.
Fixtures can be changed at any time and all
decisions will be conveyed to the respective
teams as soon as possible.
Organisers committee decision will be final
regarding the fixtures.No further arguments will
be encouraged regarding the fixtures.
In case of any indifferences, decision of the
referee/jury/organising committee will be final.
Smoking/alcohol/use of any narcotics will lead
to disqualification and is strictly prohibited.
Any misbehaviour will lead to disqualification.
Team members involving participants from
outside their college/passed out/alumini will
lead to disqualification.
The organising team shall not be responsible
for any problems arising due to
miscommunication because of the interference
by any person other than the captain/leader of
the team.
Any damages to the college property will be
severely dealt with.
Transport will be provided to venues outside
the college.
Any change in venue or timings or format of
the game in case of unforseen circumstances
will be notified in advance.

Rules :
Knockout format.
No. of overs depends upon enteries.
All ICC rules applied.
Each team can have a maximum of 16 players.
If there's any lag in time/rain, overs will be
reduced.
Umpires & organisers decision is final.
Registration fee : Rs.2500 + Ball fee (Ball will
be returned after match) Ball fee is
compulsory.
