Late fee: Please note that the entry fee structure is valid till 2-April-
2024. Thereafter, a late fee of Rs.150/- per player will be levied. No
entry will be entertained after 05th April- 2024 (till 5:00 PM).
System of Play- The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE laws
of chess .
Time Control- 30 minutes each with increment of 30 seconds from
move number one.
Default Time- Default time will be 15 minutes.
Draw Offer- Players can make an agreed draw any time.
Tie Break- In case of a tie, the latest FIDE rules shall come into effect.
The cash prizes however will not be shared.
Electronic Devices- All electronics devices including wrist watches
(all types of watches) are not allowed in the tournament hall.
Protest- Protest, if any against the decision of Chief Arbiter, shall be
made in written with protest fee of Rs. 1,000/- within 15 minutes of
the occurrence of the incidence. The amount shall be refunded if the
appeal is upheld.
Appeals Committee- Three members appeals committee shall be
formed. No member of the committee can vote on disrupt in which
a player from himself is involved and in such cases, the reserve can
take his place in the committee.
Disqualification- No participant will leave the tournament venue
before the prize distribution function without the permission of the
chief Arbiter.
Prizes: Cash Prizes of TOP 2 Boys & TOP 2 Girls are including entry
fees for State U-17 Chess Championship-2024, Which will be paid to
directly to organizers.
