2023 SSCC Easter Blitz

A Blitz chess tournament presented by Southern Suburbs Chess Club (affiliated with CAWA Inc.)

Venue: Southern Suburbs Chess Club (Leeming Primary School, Meharry Rd, Leeming)
Format: 9 Round Swiss, to be rated under the ACF Quick system.

Time control: 3 minutes initial time, with an increment of 2 seconds per move
Schedule: 7:30pm until 10:00pm.
There will be a 10 minute break between Rounds 5 and 6.
Entry Fee: $10 – correct change appreciated!
All WA players must be financial members of Southern Suburbs Chess Club.

Prizes: Points scored in this tournament will contribute towards the 2023 Southern Suburbs
Blitz Championship standings.
No Blitz Grand Prix cash prizes will be awarded in 2023. Instead, cash prizes
will be awarded to players at each tournament.

To enter, please submit your Entry Form to the Arbiter no later than Monday 3rd April.
Late entries will be accepted up to 7:15pm Tuesday 4th April.
