Ensures inbound customer calls are directed to closest state office. You only need to
advertise 1 national inbound number.
Time Dependent
Routing
Routes business calls to an alternative answering point at designated times e.g. time of day,
day of week, day of year.
Call Overflow
Re-routes calls to an alternative answering point if a call is unanswered or the line is busy.
Emergency
Diversion
Should an emergency occur at or near your business premises (e.g. a bomb threat or fire) all
calls to your inbound number can be re-routed to an alternative location within 30 minutes.

Terms and Conditions: An Optus Inbound Service (TAS) is available to new and existing eligible credit-approved Optus Small Business customers, as defined
by Optus. Standard Optus Terms and Conditions apply. The Standard Form of Agreement is located on www.optus.com.au/smbterms. Minimum contract term is
12 months. The minimum total cost for Optus Access 1300 and Optus Free Access 1800 over 12 months is $330 plus call costs. The minimum total cost for Optus
Access 13 over 12 months is $21,309.24 (inc Gov. charge) plus call costs. Inbound local calls are free for the first 15 minutes on 13/1300 numbers. Customers calling
Optus Inbound Services from a mobile phone are charged at their applicable mobile carrier rates. General: Optus reserves the right to change or withdraw with offer
at any time within reasonable notice. All prices quoted are GST inclusive. If calls to the number classify the number as a high calling special event number, there is a
one off fee of $5,500, and recurring charge of $220 per month. Customers calling Optus Inbound Services from a mobile phone are charged at their applicable mobile
carrier rates. Cancellation fees apply if your service is cancelled with the agreement period and can be calculated as: gross rate monthly service charge x number of
