Objective To find full time employment with a company that will challenge my talents and abilities.
My hope is to obtain a position that will allow me to use my experience in Customer
Service and Management, as well as my knowledge of Manufacturing and Quality
Assurance.
Abilities I have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. I’m a Team Leader and
am able to calmly and efficiently resolve problems while preserving customer
satisfaction. I’m dependable and a fast learner who quickly adapts to new situations. I

Inspect materials and parts prior to and after processing through the department.
Indicate any and all flaws or imperfections, and specifying best method of repair.
Conducted audits of the Quality System as well as the ISO Management System.
Attended monthly meeting supplying collected data and offer suggestions on future
training needs.
Received and verified telephone and written orders for the product. Performed data
entry functions and office skills for busy winter season.
Welcomed and informed customers of current sales, promotional items, and discount
events. Assisted in purchase decisions, answered and resolved store related questions,
and provided information regarding tourist attractions in the area. Responsible for
verifying accuracy of daily cash drawer totals on Hewlett Packard cash registers. Assisted
in designing and decorating merchandise displays.
