It is our mission to bring together the JPIANs all over Negros Occidental. There is
strength in unity. NECONFED is a tool in finding that strength amidst diversity. It is also our
goal to remind every JPIAn that it is okay to have fun while reaching the CPA target that he
must not be consumed by the demands, deadlines and obligations but he must also burn for the
other things he loves. This federation year, JPIAns will accelerate!, Donie Jin de la Pea,
NECONFED President.
